Dr. Philip Malinas

Dr. Philip Malinas is in private practice in Reno and is the Medical Director of Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services.  Dr. Malinas is the President of the NPA.  He also serves as one of the Nevada representatives to the American Psychiatric Association Assembly.
