Mason Jahnke, MD

Mason Jahnke, MD, is the President of the Nevada Psychiatric Association. Dr. Jahnke serves as the Vice Chair of Education for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, where he is also an Assistant Professor and Clerkship Director. His clinical interests include medical education and general outpatient psychiatry, with an emphasis on severe mental illness and care for underserved populations. Dr. Jahnke earned his medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University and completed his residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He has received awards for his dedication to patient care, advocacy, and medical student education.
