[Voting member] keeps a record of the proceedings of all meetings of the Nevada Psychiatric Association and of the Executive Council; distribute minutes; keeps a list of members; issues notices of all Nevada Psychiatric Association meetings; notifies all officers and members of committees of their election or appointment; certifies all official records.
