NPA Chapter President

[Voting member] is the chief executive officer of the Northern or Southern Chapter of the NPA.  He/she presides at all of the chapter meetings. The Chapter President acts as spokesperson for the chapter. The Chapter President serves as a liaison between NPA Executive Counsel and the chapter members. The Chapter President oversees and manages annual elections and balloting of the NPA Chapter leadership.
