Federal Legislative Representative

[Voting member] serves an advocacy role in the DB to advocate for mental health at the Federal level especially with the congressional delegation. The Federal Legislative Representative works with the various advocacy groups within the APA to be informed of national issues that affect mental health. The Federal Legislative Representative also reports on issues of national importance to the DB. The Federal Legislative Representative serves a two-year term and may be re-elected without limits on number of terms.
